4. How do I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order in “Track My Order" page by copying the tracking number from order details or Notification Email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I am extremely happy with the customer service. This is what is lacking in most companies right now, but The Bag Ideas is rocking it! I received my nurses pen set in the time frame given but the set I got had two of the same pens in the package. I emailed them and I had a reply on the next business day. Wow, I was impressed with their quick reply and even more impressed that they said they had already arranged for a new penset to be delivered. The new and correct penset arrived shortly after.
